The present terms of trade apply to all the sales of commodities and services made by Zeta Software from this website. These terms of trade prevail over any purchase conditions. Consequently, ordering a product offered for sale from this website implies your full agreement to the present terms of trade, and that you acknowledge having examined them before placing your order. You certify that you have full legal capacity allowing you to commit yourself as regards the present terms of trade.§2 Downloading and Backup
Backing up any software you download from this website is your own and full responsibility and liability. It is your responsibility to proceed to a backup of any products downloaded on an appropriate permanent medium. Loss of the software due to lack of backup will not result in either its replacement or compensation.§4 Intellectual Property

You do not acquire any ownership rights to Zeta Test. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Zeta Software.§3 Limited Liability
This software here is provided as is: zeta software does not offer any guarantee, whether express or implied, particularly and unrestrictively as regards the quality and compatibility of the software and documentation for a specific use. Zeta Software does not incur any liability for any damages occuring because of this: Zeta Software is not liable for operating loss, profit loss, chance loss, damages or costs.§5 Partial Invalidity
Should one of the clauses in the present terms of trade be declared null and void, or not stated in writing, the other provisions shall still remain valid.§6 Applicable Law
